Terrorist Capabilities

Jihadists, mostly from the Islamic Wahhabi sect, seek to eliminate all non-Wahhabi from earth. It is their belief they must do this so their 12th Imam, Mahdi, may return to earth and rule over all nations and peoples. The PRC’s (China’s) terrorists, well trained and managed by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party), are dedicated to helping the “yellow race” control all nations. Terrorists trained and supported by Iran are pledged to help destroy Israel and the U. S. to purify our world. Other terrorists have similar dedication and purpose.

POTUS Joe Biden opened U. S. borders facilitating entry of terrorist teams and sleeper terrorists from the CCP, Iran, Hamas, N. Korea, Venezuela, and Russia as well as unknown others. The FBI, DHS, Border 911, & CIA have all warned that attacks on our many soft targets are pending. A credible rumor report has indicated many terrorist attacks are being planned for a few months or weeks prior to U. S. mid-term elections to totally shame & discredit POTUS Trump. The terrorist goal is to help radical and communist Dems be elected in sufficient numbers to gain control of Congress. They seem to believe that such a Congress will assist them in achieving their objectives.

U. S. CT (counterterrorism) programs have obviously been poorly planned by bureaucrats and academics with little or no CT training or experience, A need to greatly improve our CT efforts is clear. Instead of doing so, POTUS Trump made significant cuts to CT budgets and staff in the apparent belief that aggressive deportation of illegal immigrants would soon remove foreign terrorist from the U. S. This goal is illusive because sanctuary cities run by radical Dems are protecting illegal migrants, including foreign terrorists. The illegals are seen as future Dem voters needed to achieve the Dem goal of a one-party government. Moreover, CCP terrorist team managers are coming to Mexico where they are “sheep-dipped” to obtain false Latin IDs and names to come to the U. S. with cash and buy small farms for use as safe bases for the CCP terrorist teams. These terrorists will not be easily found.

I and the CFO for my charity, Renee, met a CCP Special Ops Team in NM while they were taking a break at a truck stop. Each of the 12 military-aged Chinese males had a nearly new Harley motorcycle, Kevlar bulletproof vest, personal weapon, and large brass badge with Chinese writing. When we first encountered this team, they quickly formed a firing-line and prepared for a shoot-out. Since we showed no hostility, this team was willing to talk with us. The CCP team leader said they had diplomatic passports and visas to tour the U. S. In my prior overseas national security work, I encountered and observed such CCP teams in developing nations where they conducted many horrific terrorist attacks in efforts to convert the target nation to communism and full cooperation with the PRC (China). These CCP teams were also recruiting, training, and managing local agents-of-influence to conduct very damaging social chaos operations very similar to those we are experiencing in the U. S. It is probable CCP teams may be responsible for some social chaos here.

CCP terrorist teams are trained to not leave “fingerprints” when they engage in a terrorist attack. A possible example is the start of the damaging 2024 Smokehouse Creek fire in Texas. A CCP team was seen in the general area of where the fall of an electric line, in a remote rural ranching area, was what started a fire on a pasture with dry grass and some brush. This fire killed two people, burned nearly 1.2 million acres, destroyed over 500 structures along with vehicles, machinery, feed, hay, and fences as well as burning alive over 10,000 head of livestock. The CCP team seen probably used 1 or 2 motorcycles and a cable to pull a pole supporting an electric line most of the way down.

The neo-Nazis at Elohim City ordered NPI to force our Montagnard and Hmong trainees to return to their home nations. We fully ignored this demand. Not too long after, local law

enforcement estimated that not less than 15 neo-Nazis, probably all armed, used a portable torch to cut locks, chains, and/or hinges to remove numerous items on the 7 or 8 trucks that would have been needed. Stolen items included tools, equipment, assorted training models for farming systems, and everything in our offices. At the time of this midnight raid, NPI’s staff was on travel status and our armed guard was sound asleep. All items stolen, including some large equipment, were most likely taken to Elohim City. Law enforcement officers and FBI agents would not go there for fear of a shootout with resident women and children being killed as happened with the tragic FBI raid on the Branch Davidian Compound in Texas. NPI was forced to take the loss.

The neo-Nazi attack on NPI’s training center was followed by neo-Nazi arson attacks on small farms several of our Hmong trainees acquired with help from USDA Farm Service Agency's 95% guaranteed farm loans. Local banks used these guarantees to justify making loans for their farm purchases. The neo-Nazis used arson fires to burn Hmong homes, barns, poultry houses, feed, and machinery. No help to stop these attacks was received from the local Sheriff. We later discovered that this Sheriff was being paid by these neo-Nazis for protection. The neo-Nazis had strong financial resources from bank robberies, production & sales of illegal drugs, a trucking company and sawmill, and fees to help with some bomb making such as the bomb made for Timothy McVeigh. This bomb was used on 19 Apr 1995 to kill 168 people by McVeigh’s bombing of the Murrah Federal Bldg. In Oklahoma City.

Overall, the U. S. has a failing grade when it comes to developing counter- terrorism efforts. There was some advance warning of the horrific terrorist attacks on 9/11 (09/11/2001) when Islamic Wahhabi terrorists skyjacked commercial aircraft to kill nearly 3,000 people while destroying NYC’s twin towers as well as part of the Pentagon. A third aircraft in these attacks was downed by the passengers resulting in their deaths along with the terrorists. The major and tragic failure was allowing known members of the Islamic Wahhabi sect to be trained as commercial aircraft pilots. Only one of these terrorists was not a Wahhabi dedicated to killing non-Wahhabi. Americans have a great deal to learn when it comes to effective counterterrorism.
