The most recent women in combat are the Kurd's unique Peshmerga Ranger units with Kurd and some Yazidi women. These forces quickly forced the Islamic jihadists to abandon northern Iraq because the jihadists believe they will be denied Paradise if killed by a woman. If the U. S. had formed Afghan women into such military units they would have quickly defeated the Taliban because the women knew they would be abused by Taliban rulers. Afghan men had nothing to suffer under Taliban control, so the Afghan Army was just a job and source of income.

Over many centuries there have been several successful female military leaders and units. Circa 40 AD, the Hai Ba Trung sisters, Trac and Nhi formed an all female Viet army to attempt to evict brutal Chinese Han occupation forces from Vietnam. The Han had forcibly conscripted all young Viet males and moved them north and organized them to fight Mongol invaders. Young Viet women were the only choice left to fight the Han, Trac and Nhi used logging elephants, from several Viet logging camps, trained the Viet women as a force of archers on elephant cavalry and defeated Han occupation forces, time and again, for three years. An added Han force of over 100,000 Chinese soldiers, were needed to finally defeat these Viet female freedom fighters. Other female military leaders followed Trac & Nhi; e. g. Zenobia (3rd century), Umm Umara (7th century), Matilda of Canossa (1046-1115), Eleanor of Aquitaine (1122- 1204), Tomoe Gozen (1157–1247), and Joan of Arc (1412- 1431). Other women's military units include Chinese battalions during the Second Sino-Japanese War and Viet female support units during the Vietnam War.

Today, women serve extensively in the military forces of many nations. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is using female managers for the ССР Special Ops Teams now in the U. S. Evidence indicates these women are "sheep-dipped" in Mexico with Latin names and IDs and coming to the U. S. with cash to buy small farms to be used as safe base for CCP Ops teams. In all types of armed conflict, women have played "key" roles. We may soon witness Chinese women supporting/directing terrorist attacks in the U. S.
