TERRORIST MO & DEFENSES

There are several types of terrorist organizations, and each has its own MO (modus operandi) requiring a different defense. To wit:

1) State sponsors of terrorism, such as Iran, are supporting proxy terrorist groups; e. g. Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Islamic Jihad. They use explosive drones, missiles, hypersonic missiles, and IEDs (improvised explosive devices) directly and/or delivered

by proxy terrorist groups against Israel. Iran is believed to be developing nuclear-type weapons and missile delivery systems to facilitate destruction of Israel plus the U. S.

Defense against the above terrorist MO is use of military forces to reduce capabilities of

the terrorists as is being done mostly by Israel. Economic sanctions, political isolation,

elimination of weapons sources and parts for weapons, intelligence & covert operations,

and special classified actions are being used. Negotiations were tried and failed. Bribes

were tried, but Iran used funds received to support its nuclear weapons program.

2) The PRC's (China's) CCP (Chinese Communist Party) has several of its Special Ops

Teams now here in the U. S. as confirmed by multiple sources. They are known for very sophisticated social chaos operations using local citizens they recruit, train and manage

to implement same; e. g. racial conflict, infanticide, LGBTQ/ Trans promotion, men in

women's sports, DEI, CRT, & "woke" policy promotion, and similar acts. In the last few

months there have been over 200 fires and explosions on our farms as well as several

food processing plants. A known CCP social chaos tactic is to create food insecurity and

severe food shortages. It is probable that CCP teams here are causing this harm. CCP is

training Chinese students in riot promotion and IP (intellectual property) collection before

they come to our universities (in 2024 there were over 277,000 such students in the U. S.)

The U. S. is allowing the PRC to buy farms here and has not prevented our defense plants

and industries from employment of Chinese nationals probably here to collect defense IP.

Current defense against the above is an attempt to remove CCP terrorists from the U. S.

using aggressive deportation of the many illegal migrants here. The problem is many are among the illegals being protected by sanctuary cities and states. In addition, CCP team

managers have come to our nation under alias (false names & IDs) to buy small farms

with cash. These farms are being used by CCP terrorists as safe bases from which to be

conducting terrorist attacks in the middle of the night. They often move by motorcycle. A far more aggressive program is needed to find and deport these CCP terrorists. To avoid national suicide, our universities should not educate Chinese students and our universities as well as defense industries should not be allowed to employ a Chinese national. PRC must not be allowed to buy U. S. farms or food processing facilities. Special intelligence efforts are essential in order to identify persons promoting social chaos & take appropriate legal action against persons so identified.

3) There are several Islamic jihadist terrorist groups attacking the U. S. All but one of the

9/11 terrorists were Islamic Wahhabi who seek to eliminate all non-Wahhabi from earth

to facilitate return of their 12th Imam, the Mahdi. He is to rule over all nations and peoples under the Flag-of-Islam & Sharia Laws. The goal is to create a global Islamic Caliphate

with all peoples dedicated to Islam. The Muslim Brotherhood supports this goal & jihadist

members of this group were placed in every federal agency by POTUS Obama, a Muslim

supporter if not Muslim. Obama also arranged for 80,000 Somali, mostly jihadists, to enter the U. S. They relocated to the 5th District of Minnesota where they seek to retain Islamic

culture and customs along with their own language. With their voting power, they elected

the Somali jihadist refugee, Ihan Omar, to the U. S, House of Representatives. Each year

these Somali send funds and volunteer youth to assist the al-Shabaab jihadist terrorists

in Somalia. These youth then return to the U. S. after learning and practicing tactics of the

Somali terrorists, al-Shabaab. The Taliban terrorists, of Afghanistan, also support creation

of a global Islamic Caliphate and practice horrific population control practices on their own female population. Taliban forces have $83 billion in modern U. S. military equipment that

was abandoned to them in POTUS Biden's very poorly planned evacuation of our forces

from Afghanistan. ISIS is part of the overall jihadist movement & they are re-building ISIS

forces in the Middle East and Africa after losses in Iraq and Syria directed by POTUS

Trump in his first term.

Defenses against the Islamic jihadists will need to be about the same as for the CCP due

to having jihadist terrorists here who must be identified, found, and deported or confined by

legal means. Efforts need to be made to put the jihadists in conflict w/ Chinese communists since both seek to control the world and all peoples. The jihadists are also in conflict with

Dem radicals and communists who seek to destroy the U. S. and create a socialist utopia from the ashes that remain. They are also in conflict with neo-Nazis and the Aryian Army

who seek to purify the U. S. by removing all non-whites from the U. S. The neo-Nazis have

an advantage by having fortified compounds such as Elohim City in Adair County, OK. This

somewhat isolated so-called city is a 400-acre secure compound with security fencing, concrete bunkers in fighting positions, homes for families of neo-Nazis & Aryian Army units armed & well motivated soldiers, as well as community structures. This conflict concept is to motivate the assorted terrorist groups here to fight with each other. Otherwise, the U. S. is in need of creating & implementing effective counterterrorist programs now sadly lacking.

4) Our own home-grown terrorists and solo terrorists create added terrorist threats. On a

regular basis we have home-grown terrorists who have attacked schools, churches, and

other targets with weapons and/or bombs. The home-grown terrorist with the most kills was

by Timothy McVeigh who used a rental truck loaded with a ammonium nitrate-diesel fuel bomb to destroy most of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK killing 168 of

persons working inside. Solo-terrorists, like George Soros, have used personal wealth to

do as much damage as possible to the U. S. One attack by Soros was to help elect many radical DAs motivated to soon release arrested dangerous criminal to endanger the public.

Defenses against home-grown terrorists include improvements of social programs to know

and modify the behaviors of youth and others having terrorist thoughts and making attack plans. In addition, we need to employ technology to make all weapons only operational by

employment of a weapon upon having the owner activate the weapon by his/her fingerprint

on an ID device. Solo terrorists need to be identified and expelled/ deported from the U. S.

or imprisoned for many years.

5) Domestic terrorists, such as the neo-Nazis named above, have sophisticated and very

horrific means of attack. I observed same when they used attacks on political refugees

my charity, NPI has trained and assisted to start small farming operations in NE Oklahoma

and NW Arkansas. Hmong families in our program had homes, barns. poultry houses, feed,

and farm equipment burned in arson attacks in the middle of the night. There was a single

daylight attack when the Hmong family attacked witnessed 12 neo-Nazis, known to them,

use semi-automatic rifles to fire over 400 rounds into their structures, including house, and

vehicles plus farm machinery. The local Sheriff was called when the attack started, but did

not send help. We later learned that Sheriff was being paid for protection by the neo-Nazis

using substantial funds from neo-Nazi production and sales of illegal drugs.

My charity, NPI, had offices, research, and Ag training facilities on a 50-acre farm about 45

miles from the neo-Nazi compound at Elohim City (described above). The neo-Nazis made

demands for NPI to force the political refugees we assisted to return to their native lands. We ignored this demand. The neo-Nazis, then placed NPI's said farm under a sustained

observation (as we now know). On a night when all of NPI's staff were gone on travels, the

neo-Nazis (by later investigation) quickly organized a team of not less than 15 armed neo-Nazis, with 7 or 8 trucks, to raid NPI's subject farm. They came with a portable cutting torch to cut locks, chains, and/or hinges for quick entry. A stolen truck was used to ram our

gates. NPI's armed guard was sound asleep or elected not to challenge a superior armed

force. The trucks were used to remove records and office equipment, tools, farm equipment, plus an assortment of training models. Law enforcement officers assumed all items stolen

were taken to Elohim City. Even the FBI would not go there for fear of a repeat of an FBI

disaster at the Branch Davidian Compound, in Texas, where the FBI killed 28 children. This

fear was confirmed to me by Dion F., and FBI agent (now retired).

Defenses against a terrorist attack like the above include assuming your office and/or site

are under constant observation and using manikins as well as lights to make it appear that

some staff are present. Safe, remote, and fire-proof storage of vital records. Employment

of heavy-duty, crash-proof, removable, locking bollards to prevent entry to your offices or

site (NPI had delayed adding this security feature). Work with the local Police or Sheriff to create a quick reaction posse of armed former military volunteers willing to respond to a late-night alert and soon pressure an attacking terrorist team from the rear. This force is very

critical in areas where a defund the police movements have reduced the ability of local law

enforcement to respond to an emergency. In addition to the above, security cameras and

motion activated lights/alarms are helpful. Doors should be heavy steel. All windows need

bars to deter window entry. Gates should have double locking features & be strong enough

to prevent entry by truck ramming. Good security fencing could be helpful for sites. Be alert

to attack planning using observation and/or drones with cameras.

The U. S. is vulnerable to terrorist attacks, from any of the above terrorist groups and others not named here, because of our many soft (unprotected) targets; e. g. dry forests, farms, industries, water supplies, remote power plants, railroad tracks, and so on. New

weapons, such as dirty bombs and biological weapons, are reportedly under development

by one or more terrorist groups or their sponsors such as Iran. If Iran is successful in the

development of a nuclear bomb with delivery system, we must assume they might use it against Israel or the U. S. Noth Korea has nuclear bombs and is perfecting missiles to

deliver these. Putin, of Russia, is in an expansionist-mode attacking Ukraine and making

threats against the E. U. Russia if also believed to have terrorist teams in the U. S. and

they could start terrorist attacks in retaliation for U. S. support for Ukraine. Russia has a HEMP (Nuclear High-Altitude Electronic Pulse) weapon) to destroy our grid & put us in the dark. Israel is in the process of attacking Hamas terrorists in Gaza. If Hamas has any terrorist teams in our nation, they could start terrorist attacks due to U. S. support for Israel. In brief, we are in a hazardous situation requiring great improvements to our defenses.
