STOP WARS

Any leader or nation threatening war on others should quickly be confronted with a massive package of global sanctions and trade losses upon starting a threatened war

or any war. The leader or leaders of related war planning should be advised of plans for

charges of aggression against them by the ICC (Intl. Criminal Court). The population of

the nation threatening aggression should be encouraged to replace the leader(s) who

are making threats of war.

Mediation should be demanded and efforts made to find a diplomatic solution to the

conflict issues or alleged conflict issues between the two or more nations. Where there

are no valid conflict issues or fabricated issues, such as those used by Russia to invade

the independent nation of Ukraine, a global awareness campaign must be used to inform

all people of the truth. In particular, the population of the aggressor nation needs to be made fully aware of the truth.

Public awareness campaigns, on a global basis, should be used to educate all on any pending disagreements that could result in a war. The claims made need to be based on

intelligence and extensive investigation to confirm the charges being made. A prior case

was the U. S. claim that Saddam of Iraq had weapons of mass destruction he planned to

use against others. A current example is Iran's claim that its nuclear developments are for

purposes of energy and not bomb making.

Proxy wars need to be prevented such as Iran's use of the proxy terrorist groups, Hamas,

Hezbollah, and Houthis to attack Israel. The U. S. used financial bribes in attempts to get

Iran to end its nuclear program. Iran then used these funds provided to expand capabilities

of proxy terrorist groups. Thus, the bribes did not work & Iran continued its nuclear program.

What is needed in this situation are economic sanctions on Iran to limit its resources for use

in support of terrorist groups. In addition, said terrorist sources of funds and weapons must be eliminated.

Subversive warfare is being conducted against the U. S. by foreign terrorist groups in our

nation, and by Cartels engaged in smuggling illegal drugs & weapons into the U. S. while

conducting human trafficking. Mexico and Venezuela are directly or indirectly, by failure, the

supporters of such harm to us all to include killing of thousands of our youth by the illegal drug, fentanyl. It is mostly made in China and delivered by the Cartels. POTUS Trump is taking direct action against Cartels and imposing sanctions on the PRC (China). Subject attacks are covert and not open warfare and require extensive public education to support counter measures required.

A global war exists, directed by the Islamic Wahhabi and supported by ISIS. They are acting on the belief that all non-Wahhabi must be killed or converted to facilitate return of their 12th Imam, Mahdi, to rule over all nations and peoples under the Flag of Islam. All but one of the 9/11 terrorists, killing nearly 3.000 Americans, were Wahhabi. An affiliated terrorist group, Boko Haram in Nigeria are in the process of killing all Christians in that nation. Direct action may be the only way to stop this killing since the Wahhabi will not negotiate or compromise their very firm religious beliefs.

There is another problem similar to the Wahhabi threat. The PRC (China) seeks global domination via subversion by CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Special Ops Teams being

employed in the U. S. and worldwide. These CCP teams employ terrorist attacks and the promotion of social chaos to cause the collapse of target governments. PRC's goal is to convert all nations to communism and support for the PRC. This action is more subversion on a grand scale. It will take effective counterterrorism means to protect the U. S.

As I have explained in another bog, the U. S. made serious errors in its war policies in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. We fought and/or prolonged these wars based on flawed intelligence and wrong influence promoted by our industrial-military complex as well as corrupt politicians. POTUS Eisenhour warned us of such hazards following his command experience in World War II. POTUS JFK acted to correct this problem by creation of his Special Group for COIN (counterinsurgency) to guide his Vietnam policies. COIN advised JFK to avoid committing our regular military forces to this war. When POTUS LBJ followed

JFK, he believed he needed no policy advice from anyone. LBJ sent our troops to Vietnam seeking a quick victory he wanted for political reasons. The lesson is that ignorant and/or arrogant leaders can often create wars. Putin of Russia is having a similar problem made worse by engaging in deception of his population on why he directed his military to invade Ukraine. Putin had no valid justification for this invasion as I noted above.

War is the political action of last resort that may be stopped using the above actions. The subversive warfare against the U. S. will require extensive counterterrorism programs. But Wahhabi will, by all estimates, continue their global war on all non-Wahhabi. Moreover, PRC's goal of conquest over all nations is not likely to change in the near future.
