SOMALI PROBLEM

As part of POTUS Obama's known efforts to support Islam, he arranged for 80,000 Somali to come to the U. S. These Somali have refused to integrate & have created their own semi --isolated community of Little Mogadishu, in Minnesota. They seek to promote their customs, culture, and Somali language as Sunni Muslims, with some being Islamic jihadists. Evidence indicates these Somali are sending funds to Islamic al-Shabaab terrorists in Somalia. Some of their young men are known to travel to Somalia and support its terrorist operations, for a year, to gain experience as terrorists.

Somalia is an ancient tribal nation of over 18 million mostly pastoral clans in frequent and armed conflict over rights to water wells and forage for livestock. Piracy in the Red Sea as well as Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean is conducted by al-Shabaab to capture commercial ships and crew to hold for ransom release payments. The capital, Mogadishu, has a textile industry making and selling classic "toob benadir" cloth. One Somali clan has a good source of income by harvesting myrrh resin from an ancient Myrrh tree plantation located in a large Kenyan desert along the Somali border. By force of arms, the Somalia control this plantation.

In the Stone Age, the Doian and Hargeisan clans controlled the area of Somalia. Early Somali clans started global trade using the Somali Port of Merca. Early trade items were giraffes, zebras, and myrrh incense sold to the Chinese Ming Empire. Myrrh resin has long been a good trade item selling for about the same price as gold since Biblical times. This resin is used to make medicinal, perfume, incense, and insect control traditional products.

During the colonial era, Somalia was divided with the 2 parts controlled by Italy & the Brits.

The Somali Republic, joining these parts, was formed in 1960. A civil war started thereafter and only ended in 1991. Political turmoil continued, and in 2006 Ethiopia invaded in an effort to restore stability. However, by 2008 the Islamic jihadist terrorist group, al-Shabaab, had the most control of this nation.

I have worked with the Somali and thus discovered their anger issues and willingness to fight to sustain control of the few assets they have. In the U. S. the Somali here collectively acted to elect a Somali jihadist, Omar, to the U. S. Congress. They also act to support the jihadist members of the Muslim Brotherhood that POTUS Obama acted to place in most of our federal agencies. There is evidence that the Somali also support, insofar as possible, the conversion of the U. S. into an Islamic Caliphate.

When you invite an enemy into your camp do not expect that your generosity will have a positive and peaceful result.
