In a recent poll, 38 percent of American youth have indicated they favored socialism over democracy/ capitalism. Extensive evaluations of why so many youths now have such a false opinion is as follows:

a) They seek equality for all. b) Desire for overall goodness c) Idealism/ ignorance

d) Concerns about inequality. e) Discontent w/ status quo. f) Appeal of the radical

g) Classroom/online influences. h) Limited reality exposure. i) Don't know history.

j) Rejection of individuality k) Seek social justice. l) Climate concerns.

m) Desire to improve an imperfect world. n) Belief government "freebies" are real.

Under socialism and communism government seeks wealth distribution by means of state ownership of all and government planning to provide for distribution to the population in the amounts needed to achieve equality. Government controlled industries and collective farms have always failed resulting in shortages and starvation. Such failures create popular/ strong opposition that historically has resulted in democide (mass murder of political opposition by government). Humans are all different with their own needs and capabilities. A degree of some equality was created by Pol Pot, in Cambodia, by murder (shooting) of all citizens of that nation who were not uneducated farmers. This horrific tragedy is reported several times under the title of "killing fields."

As I have reported in another blog here, the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) has long been infiltrating our educational systems as well as teacher's unions w/ very dedicated communist agents-of-influence. As a tragic result, our youths are indoctrinated with socialist concepts. The classroom instructions on our Constitution, Bill of Rights, comparison of all governmental systems, family finance, and parenting skills have mostly been eliminated. The communist goal is to "dumb-down" our youth and make them believe in the false realities of socialism and communism. A dysfunctional Congress and ill-informed political leaders have failed to deter enemy preparations for U. S. self-destruction. We can see recent evidence of this fact by the university campus riots supporting the horrific terrorist group Hamas aa well as promoting U. S. discontinuation of assistance to Israel.

Capitalism is not a perfect system, but does facilitate innovation, entrepreneurship, a free market producing needed and adequate goods, pride of ownership, basic freedoms, and solid economic progress. The American Republic has generally functioned well for most of the American population. A major/ tragic failure has been a lack of term limits for members of Congress resulting in political gridlock and promotion of self-interest over public interest. The other major failure has been allowing the U. S. to be "flooded" with illegal migrants to include criminals, drug dealers and human traffickers, as well as terrorists. This adds to the problems from our long allowing entry of communist agents-of-influence into our nation!!

If our youth knew history, they would know that socialism and communism have a known and documented history of total failure; e. g. destroyed economies, shortages, inflation, and suffering. loss of all basic freedoms, failing state enterprises, lack of equality, and horrific democide (mass murder of opposition by government). As noted above., it has been proven that communist states have killed six times more people in the last century than were killed in all armed conflicts during the same time period.

The promotion of socialism/ communism, in the U. S., is primarily based on Hitler's "big lie" technique; i. e. if you tell a lie with frequency and conviction, most people will soon accept the lie as truth!!!
