REACTION FORCE(S)

For all my counterterrorism efforts, I always had a double-alert system to warm at the start of a terrorist attack. Secondly, I would have an emergency communication means to alert a response network of the attack. Third, and most importantly, I recruited, trained, & equipped a quick reaction force to hit attacking terrorists from behind. For my Village Defense Project, in S. Vietnam, this force was a Strike Force company, 120 men, well trained and armed as required, at that time, to counter attacks on Viet and Montagnard tribal villages. Viet Cong communist terrorists or PAVN (N. Vietnamese Army) forces would attack in units of about the same size.

In the U. S., my charity (NPI) had an Oklahoma agriculture training center, for instruction of political refugees who wanted to farm in our county. We were attacked by neo-Nazi terrorists who were demanding we return these refugees to their home nations. The terrorists had our center under close observation and seemed to know NPI's entire staff was gone on the night of their midnight attack. A local law enforcement after action report, supported by our event camera evidence, indicated there were 12 to 15 armed terrorists with a portable torch to cut locks, chains, and/or hinges to gain facility entry. The neo-Nazis came w/ 7 or 8 trucks used

to remove NPI's tools, farm equipment, Ag training models, office equipment, & NPI records.

It has been confirmed that foreign terrorists in the U. S. are here in groups with arms, and a few known to have Kevlar bulletproof vests. In all probability they will attack as a group in a manner similar to the neo-Nazi terrorists. Motion-activated alarms and security cameras will be essential to warn of any attack & see who is attacking. An automated emergency commo

(communication) system is needed to alert local law enforcement and a volunteer reaction force ideally composed of nearby combat experienced and armed military veterans. From my experience, most terrorists will panic and depart as soon as any threatening force comes behind them. N. B. I am assuming most local law enforcement cannot respond quickly/

DHS is suggesting that having an armed security guard will deter terrorist attacks. From my experience, most all terrorists do detailed advance planning for their attacks. They will thus know of any guard presence and habits so the guard may be quickly eliminated. In addition, 1 or 2 armed guards cannot easily defend against a team of terrorist's w/ military weapons and Kevar bulletproof vests. If foreign terrorist attacks do not become numerous or horrific as anticipated, the reaction forces I am suggesting may not be needed.

The sanctuary cities and states sheltering and protecting illegal migrants and also giving terrorist groups safe haven. CCP (Chinese Communist Party) covert operatives are known to be buying small farms, with cash using false Latin IDs, to provide safe bases for CCP terror teams documented to be in the U. S. All this suggests that foreign terrorist attacks are most probable upon completed of the detailed attack planning terrorists are known to use.

This advance warning of probable terrorist activity is valid and should not be ignored!!!
