During 2020, BLM and Antifa engaged in 2,440 mob actions throughout our nation. It is reported that 07 percent of those mob protests, over the claimed death of George Floyd at the hands of police, became violent riots. In those actions there was burning, looting, and conflicts with law enforcement with 2 or 3 killings. Dems in positions of authority are said to

have done little to stop violent riots seeming to believe the violence somehow gave them a future political advantage.

The 2026 riots are against deportations of illegal immigrants and what is claimed as very excessive force by ICE personnel in finding and arresting illegals for deportation. The riots became more violent when ICE agents killed two Americans claimed to have threatened safety of ICE personnel confronted by rioters. These rioters are a mix of paid agitators, many illegal migrants who fear deportation, American sympathizers of the illegals, CCP (Chinese) agents-of-influence, informants helping to identify rioter leaders for later legal against them, reporters from the media, and curious citizens. Riot leaders are using spotters with cell phones and/or radios to make reports to avoid law enforcement or find targets to attack such as ICE personnel, their vehicles, or temporary residences. These riots have become violent with some burning and looting and persons are being attacked or killed as noted above.

Riots against ICE are acting to protect all illegal migrants to include criminals, drug dealers, human traffickers, and terrorists whose current actions are killing some Americans. Yet, the rioters are demanding the total elimination of ICE and several Dem politicians are supporting this demand as is some media outlets. In Minnesota, the Governor of the state has been supporting the rioters along with like support from the Mayor of Minneapolis. Hate speech on social media also promotes the rioting. Somali in the Minneapolis area also act

to support the rioting there since most are Islamic jihadist refugees who came to the U. S. to help create a Muslim caliphate. The Somali see the rioting as an opportunity to do damage to the U. S. government. These same Somali have engaged in welfare fraud to help fund the

al-Shabaab Islamic terrorist group in Somalia. Said rioting has thus become a disaster.

To solve the above situation those who pay people to riot must be identified and punished under the law. Politicians and media who encourage such rioting need to be fully exposed to make the public aware of the damage they are causing. DHS must promote urgent needs to remove those illegal migrants who are endangering Americans and have already harmed Americans as well as their property. Facial recognition technology should be used to ID any non-local agitators who attend all possible riots to be paid for same. Citizens in the areas of rioting need to avoid the mob and have defense & evacuation plans. Situational awareness is a priority when near rioting. Avoid any attempt to drive a vehicle through a mob, and wear shoes needed to facilitate a quick retreat in the event there is a need to run from the mob.

Mobs act to create individual participant anonymity, dilute all sense of responsibility, and allow deviated from normal and legal behaviors. Reactions to counter mobs must be fully justified, fair, and avoid "incitement" of the mob to cause them to engage in even more very violent acts!! When the Iranian theocracy recently killed over 30,000 Iranian rioters there it is unlikely that such horrific action will help sustain a corrupt and brutal dictatorship based on religious fanaticism.

The motivations & actions of mobs are not easily controlled by psychological, sociological,

ecological, and emotional factors that influence mob participants.
