KNOW YOUR ENEMY

As reported by the FBI, DHS, Border 911, and CIA the open border policy of POTUS Biden allowed many foreign terrorists to enter the U. S. Most of our enemies have sent terrorists to the U. S,; e. g. the PRC (China), Iran, Russia, North Korea, Hamas, Venezuela, and others. These terrorists are reported to now be planning and preparing terrorist attacks on the many soft targets we have in this nation. Terrorists are being sheltered and protected in sanctuary cities and states, controlled by Dems, as part of sheltering illegal migrants for their future votes for Dems. The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) terrorist teams are using a number of covertly acquired small farms as safe bases.

To defend against attacks by such terrorist groups it is helpful to know the typical M. O. (modus operandi) used by most of these groups. My charity, NPI, has worked on several counterterror operations overseas and experienced a massive neo-Nazi terrorist attack in Oklahoma. The neo-Nazis attached an NPI training facility because of our providing Ag instruction programs for political refugees who were not white. The U. S. neo-Nazis seek to eventually remove all non-whites for our nation. I have extensive training and operational experience in CT (counterterrorism) operations, worldwide, before founding NPI in 1995. My first CT effort is detailed in a book entitled "Vietnam's High Ground," by J. P. Harris (a distinguished & well-known historian). While serving in Vietnam, I acquired a Viet communist CT training manual and studied it carefully. All the above is to let readers know that terrorist M. O. disclosed here comes from experience and not speculation.

Most all terrorist groups take the time and make the efforts to carefully plan and prepare for all terrorist attacks except for impromptu attacks like starting a fire in a remote section of dry forest on a windy day. Planning is based on target observation for several days if not a few weeks. Surveillance drones, with camera, may be used to photograph the target area. Models and/or drawings of the target may be created to facilitate attack rehearsals. Plans are made to quickly eliminate any guard of guards at the start of an attack. Rapid access to targets may be achieved using a portable torch to cut locks, chains, and hinges. A stolen truck may be used to take down gates and/or entry doors. Numbers of terrorists needed for a successful attack will be carefully determined along with best weapons for any attack. It is seldom that an attack by any terrorist groups will attack with only 2 or 3 terrorists. They will generally seek to have an overwhelming force.

DHS is encouraging use of armed guards to help protect against a terrorist attack. The problem is that such guards experience hours and days of boredom before most attacks occur. Guards develop patterns that terrorists usually discover by target observation prior to an attack, so they make themselves vulnerable. A single guard or two may elect to not confront a group of 10 or 12 terrorists with military weapons. Guards may call for help from local law enforcement, but response times are typically after an attack has ended. One special tactic by terrorists is to have a sniper, IED, or separate ambush team on the route that would most likely be taken by first responders. If terrorist attacks become frequent and horrific, it may be time for law enforcement to organize several area posse groups composed of armed military vets. The vets must be willing to respond quickly to alarms and know where and how to pressure any attacking terrorists from the rear. Good security fences, crash-proof gates, doors & windows and heavy-duty, crash-proof bollards are needed to deter forced entry using trucks.

CCP terrorists are skilled at the recruitment, training, and management of local citizens to start and sustain social chaos operations like those we are now seeing; e. g. political & racial conflicts, infanticide, men in women's sports & bathrooms, LGBTQ/ Trans promotion, divisive DEI, CRT, and "woke" policies, & so on. The U. S. has yet to find ways to reveal true causes or counter the chaos. Little was done to stop BLM and Antifa rioting, destruction, and killing. Our college students, encouraged by some foreign students and funding from George Soros to riot in support of the terrorist group Hamas. There have been over 200 suspicious fires and explosions on our farms in the middle of the night in just the last few months. One CCP objective has long been creation of major food shortages in nations they attack as one part of creating social chaos.

Some terrorists, such as those from the CCP, are skilled at making a terrorist attack seem to be just another disaster. As an example, a CCP Special Ops Team (terrorists) were seen on motorcycles in the remote rural area of the Texas panhandle where the Smokehouse Creek fire started in 2024. Evidence indicated these terrorists used a cable and 1 or 2 of the team's motorcycles were used to partly pull over a pole on an electric line alongside a very remote rural road running past a pasture with dry grass and some brush. The CCP team then departed to not be seen in the area when gravity and high winds caused said pole with electric line to fall on the dry grass & spark to start a horrific fire. This fire killed two people, burned nearly 1.2 million acres while burning over 500 structures, vehicles, farm machinery, feed, hay, & fences, as well as burning alive over 10,000 head of livestock.

Most people do not like to use bollards because they are hard to remove to provide easy access. After a lengthy search, I found a heavy-duty, crash-proof, removable, locking bollard from Seton Bollard. The sleeve to secure this bollard is set in rebar reinforced concrete in the ground with a hinged lid to cover the hole when the bollard is removed. A great solution. N. B.
