The U. S. Insurrection Act of 1807 gives our POTUS the authority to use our military forces and/or state National Guard units to end civil disorder and insurrection or rebellion. This law is a statutory exception to the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act precenting use of military forces for any operations in our nation.

This act needs to be expanded to help deal with the subversive activities based on lengthy radical socialist/ communist infiltration our institutions and educational system. They are now working to force our conversion from a Republic to a communist state. Many of those supporting such efforts are in positions of authority where they can do the most to force us to make this conversion. Such radicals in our universities recruit foreign student's hostile to American ideals to assist with their subversion. These students along w/ recruited American students are motivated to riot on college campuses in support of the very horrific terrorist group Hamas. At the same time, they voice opposition to our support of Israel, Haters of us all, like George Soros and hostile foreign governments, pay the rioters. We need to upgrade subject Insurrection Act to effectively deal with such problems.

Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa, a radical left-wing political group, caused riots in the last few years causing nearly $2 billion in property damages. They also killed a few people in the process of rioting. Democratic officials tended to ignore this crisis in the apparent belief that such riots supported their political agenda. Our former VP, Kamala Harris, created an instant bail fund to provide bail for BLM members arrested for rioting so they could return to rioting. Failure to control this type of open insurrection causes serious damage to a stable society plus loss of respect for law and order. Far-right groups such as the neo-Nazis have also caused erosion of our stable society. Such disorder needs to be countered creating yet another reason to upgrade said Insurrection Act.

We also need options for dealing with subversion at the highest levels such as very radical Democratic appointed judges who seek to "block" needed and valid actions by our POTUS. Moreover, a legal means is needed to help stop subversive act at various levels. One need is to stop sanctuary cities and states from supporting & sheltering illegal immigrants including the criminals and terrorists among them. Another need is to deter damaging acts by Islamic jihadists, members of the Muslim Brotherhood, that POTUS Obama helped to infiltrate most of our federal agencies. A legal means is also required to stop illegal and other immigrants from refusing to integrate into our society and forming isolated communities for themselves to preserve radical beliefs. One such community is the 80,000 Somali, with many jihadists, that POTUS Obama helped bring to the U. S. Last, but not least Dem Mayors who allow very high criminal activities, in their cities for political gain, should have no legal means to block use of military, National Guard, & federal forces to take actions to control criminal elements.

There needs to be better legal means to stop defund the police movements, that help by witting or unwitting means, to support criminal activities, as well as illegal drug and human trafficking. The Insurrection Act of 1807 clearly needs to be upgraded to provide best legal solutions to all the above-named problems.
