GLOBAL WARMING

Some global warming may be due to a cyclic heating & cooling of earth. The added heat factor has been scientifically confirmed to be a major increase in greenhouse gases, CO2 & methane, that are trapped close to earth by solar heating. Increased human activities and the burning of fossil fuels are blamed for causing more of these greenhouse gases.


Known hazards of global warming are rising sea levels from melting polar glaciers, more extreme weather events, & harm to habitats lowering wildlife populations. Solutions in progress are more renewable energy production, increases energy efficiencies overall, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Energy production using wind, solar, tides, and nuclear are this being promoted. Our machines and implements are being made more energy efficient. Some proposed solutions are extreme such as preventing cow-farts due to the methane in the farts. In brief, there is concern over global warming and solutions are in progress. N. B. The giant termite mounds, in the tropics, are believed to release termite methane in greater quantities than all the cows, worldwide.


The global warming solution being developed by my charity, NPI, has been to invent and perfect advanced counter-desertification means to grow CO2 utilizing crops on desert lands (1/3rd of all land). This would provide massive carbon sequestration while also improving global food security and production of green energy. Algae is the best crop for obtaining said benefits. Algae needs 40 percent carbon as a key nutrient obtained from CO2 in the air. By using NPI's innovative tubal-algalculture system, solar-powered aeration provides such CO2 as a carbon source while also providing required agitation and circulation for algal crops. Use of tubes for algal production prevents solar evaporation of production water and also facilitates the recycling of this water after each algal harvest.


Tubal-algalculture is perfect for desert lands. The clear tubes are protected by expanded metal sleeves that also provide photo-flashing to increase algal yields. Algae is very rapid growing with harvests typically every 3-months. Algal lipids may be used to make biofuels. The algal solids make high protein food/ feed products with vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial nutrients. Spirulina algae was scientifically proven to be a perfect food. Study of Inca and Aztec historical records indicate those populations harvested wild algae they sun dried and blended with their flour, made from Grain Amaranth. The known good health of these ancient populations is believed to have probably resulted from their algal consumption.
