Over a period of several years, we have allowed the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) to send its covert agents-of-influence to the U. S. in order to infiltrate our educational systems.
The two objectives of these agents were to "dumb-down" the instructions and promote false advantages of communism. In a recent poll of our youth, 38 percent now favor communism over capitalism and democracy. The horrific history of all communist states was avoided in all the agent corrupted instruction. Historically, communist states have: 1) Quickly destroyed national economies; 2) Created shortages & suffering; 3) Halted basic freedoms; 4) Ended
all private ownership; and 5) Terminated political opposition using democide (mass murder by communist governments).
CCP agents have acted to end Civics courses teaching our Constitution and Bill of Rights as well as the avoiding basic facts about capitalism. The many advantages of capitalism are:
a) Private ownership, free markets, personal innovation, and motivation to produce.
b) Competitive markets and consumer preferences driven by demand & availability.
c) Efficient production, drive for improvement, and dynamic production efficiency.
d) Positive financial incentives, economic progress, and efficient private industry.
e) Rapid progress with essential reallocation of capital & labor as needed.
f) Avoidance of government's typically flawed bureaucratic controls or interference.
g) Actions to effectively overcome poverty, inequality, and discrimination.
h) Provides robust business strategies and avoids most harmful government surveillance.
Communist destructive of private enterprise created collective farms, with little incentive to produce, with the results being extensive starvation. State owned and directed enterprises, by communist governments, are known for production failures and crippling shortages.
When learning from history is "blocked" or minimized, historical and horrific failures will often be repeated!!
